Maryland Hall: All That Art

The 10th annual All That Art auction is on May 1 at 6 pm in the Chaney and Martino galleries of Maryland Hall. MFA Member Sandy Cohen

Sandy will be featured in a solo exhibition in Martino Gallery at Maryland Hall from May 11-July 11. The show, titled “BECOMING: Artistry in the Making” will host an opening reception May 14 from 5:30-7 pm.

MFA Member Deborah Kommalan

Deborah Kommalan has had three of her kinetic still life paintings accepted into the Mitchell Gallery’s “Image and Imagination” exhibition. The show runs from May 21-June 7, 2015. Opening reception May 21, 5-7 pm.
Her painting “Two Tomatoes” is currently hanging at Maryland Art Place gallery, 218 W. Saratoga Street in Baltimore.

MFA Member Carolyn Councell

Artist, Carolyn Councell will be showing her paintings at the Mountain Road Library,  4730 Mountain Rd., Pasadena, MD  21122 from May 1 until May 19, 2015.
The exhibit features a variety of work done in watercolor, acrylic, mixed media, and oil paint.  Subjects range from representational to abstract.

MFA Member April Rimpo April M Rimpo’s painting “Fresh Fruit to Go” was accepted into Illinois Watercolor Society’s 31st National Exhibition. This is April’s third time with a painting in this exhibit, so she has now been granted Signature Membership in IWS. April is also delighted to announce a solo exhibition at The Bernice Kish Gallery at Slayton House to be held May 14 – June 9, 2015, with the opening reception on May 16 from 2 – 4PM.  Slayton House is located at 10400 Cross Fox Lane in Columbia, Maryland 21044.
