$10 Isn’t What It Used To Be…

By April 17, 2014 Uncategorized

In most cases, $10 doesn’t go as far as it used to. For $10 you could buy a medium pepperoni pizza, one movie ticket, two large drinks at Starbucks, a large pizza, three gallons of gas, or, if you’re lucky, one lunch in downtown Annapolis – at Subway.

During GIVE $10 your $10 can go a lot further. In fact, last year when supporters gave MFA $10 during Anne Arundel County’s Great Give, we won an extra $10,000 in prize money. When it comes to a pizza or $10,000 to support the arts we hope you will notice a difference in value.

We all can skip one morning’s coffee run. We can wait for a movie to come out on Netflix or bring a bagged lunch instead of going to a restaurant. We can find a friend to carpool to work with for a week.

But we only have one chance for our $10 donation to equal $10,000 for MFA. So please mark your calendars for 6pm May 7 to 6pm May 8 (EST) and GIVE $10 to MFA. Together we can win this!
