If you do not have a login for the MFA just simply hit continue and you will be taken directly to the form.

If you do have a login, entering your username and password will populate the form with your information from our system.

Regular Artist memberships are for residents of the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, and Mexico. Global memberships are open to residents of other countries.
