Maryland Federation of Art introduces its Corporate Connections Founders Society — where business meets art.

Membership in the Founders Society assists business owners, developers, and designers in sourcing original artwork appropriate for office spaces, hotels, and other commercial developments by facilitating a relationship with MFA artists from across the country. The annual membership fee for the Founders Society is $2,000.

Membership Benefits

• One Call for Entry for art for your exclusive consideration, per membership year. MFA staff will work with Founders Society members to design a Call for Entry to artists, both local and national, tailored to your company’s specific design and artistic needs. The Call for Entry can be arranged to address a specific theme, color palette, or art medium. Any work selected in response to such a Call for Entry would be exclusively yours.

• One private event at MFA’s Circle Gallery, per membership year. Circle Gallery is located in Historic Annapolis on State Circle, right across from the Maryland State House. The gallery is in a renovated 1820s warehouse building that provides a beautiful space for private events.

• Recognition as a Founders Society member on MFA’s website and any future Corporate Connections events and publications.

• Receive MFA’s Members Memo publication which covers gallery happenings, upcoming events, and featured artists.

• Invitation to two MFA premier art events, including:

• Paint Annapolis – A nationally juried Plein Air art competition that brings local, national, and international artists, plus the community and collectors from all over the Mid-Atlantic, together to share in the beauty of outdoor painting in Historic Annapolis.

• Collector’s Choice – An evening reception, featuring an art lottery where art patrons may select new art for their collections from work donated by MFA artists.
