An attentive observer of her surroundings wherever she may be, Mary Kay Kinnish attempts to portray in her photographs what is extraordinary in the ordinary and uncommon in the commonplace. A writer and editor for many years, she finds it most rewarding to tell stories through images, using no words at all.

Since 2005, Mary Kay’s photographs have been included in juried fine art exhibitions at several sites in Maryland and Delaware, including the Glenview Mansion Art Gallery, Rockville; Strathmore, Rockville; the Maryland Federation of Art, Annapolis and College Park; the Metropolitan Center for the Visual Arts, Rockville; the Harford Artists Gallery, Bel Air; Hood College, Frederick, Maryland; and the Rehoboth Art League, Rehoboth, Delaware.
