Norris creates mixed media collages made primarily with vintage and out of stock wallpapers. Her finished works are inspired from 16th -19th century scientific illustrations, with a focus on bugs, human anatomy and birds. Norris has a BA from Stanford University and a MFA from the School of Visual Arts in New York City. Her work has been shown in New York, San Francisco, Tampa, and Baltimore. Norris currently lives in Baltimore and teaches art in Baltimore County Public Schools.
